I bought it for xbox. It's really fun.

If I had a nice computer, I'd have bought it for pc though. It comes compatible with all the latest tech and software. Not to mention the sound is AMAZING.

I'm getting it for PC, Unleashed guys are playing it, about 8 of them. Lynx and LsK invited me along some time back and I was thinking of playing with them but if enough DT guys get it for PC that'd be awesome. If not and there are only a few you should come play with those guys. Either way I'll be playing this game as I've always loved the BF series. Heard a few of my old clan mates from Pyrrhic Victory [an old BF2142 clan I made with some mates-o-mine] are coming to play too so may get them in on it.

Meh, I always play BF games with everything turned down except for Character Detail to make them stand out while sniping.

Thats one thing i dont like about EA. They release a game, a few patches then like a year or 2 later out comes then next one.

Played a bit, damn good game.

Word of warning - this game needs a monster ninja godzilla bastard to play well. If you want high settings your going to need a quad core/SLI/4+GB of ram.

Plays well enough tweaked on my 3gig/9800gt/dual core.

The Knife animation alone is worth the cost, lol.

Waiting for FFXIII: Versus myself, FFXIII doesn't entice me as much.

I'm waiting to see how it goes, but if this is a proper BF game, it'll be win. From vids I've seen the sniping looks good, they've got bullet drag [they drop over time and have a set speed] and all the old BF goodieness.

Hope we get enough people to get going on this, if not we can team with the guys at Unleashed, I think they have 8 people as I said. That could be fun, would rather we had a DT team though ^_^

They had trouble at launch as some people (me!) couldn't connect to any damn MP servers. But it is fixed now and I got to play some yesterday. God damn it is fun. I haven't played a BF game since BF came out so many years ago. Definitely worth it, and I don't have a monster PC and it works superbly.

Great game, stick on War Tapes on audio and the sounds are just supreme. Runs fine on my PC and looks great for low detail.

Its not BF2 really, it is the same game in essence but god is it ten times more refined, I would buy this game for the sounds alone.

I'm downloading.... erm :001_unsure: ... gonna try the single player to see how it runs on my PC before I decide if I'll buy it.

And boo to Ubisoft for comming out with games now that will require you to be connected to the internet all the time to play the game (Assassins Creed 2 is the first). I hope that doesn't work out for them, anyone that has a laptop for gaming will suffer.

Single player is nothing like the Multiplayer, just keep that in mind.

Its run incredibly well considering its looks on my PC, I was surprised to have it a running at solid frames on Medium detail all round with high detail characters.

I even turned a few more things to high and its still running smooth. Way to go Dice, plus the sound. DID I MENTIONED THE SOUND? [Irony]

Oh I know, I've played the multiplayer on PS3 for the last month and 1/2. But I can only play single player for "free" (it's just to see how the game runs graphic wise).

Good thing I got it for PS3, my budget and gaming style just doesn't mesh that well anymore with the PC. I wish STO was better, I am a big ST nerd, been watching Enterprise lately, decent show.

But as for BC2, pretty damn solid game, I think better in many ways than MW2(graphics/sound better, more teamplay elements with healing/repairing,

Why do people keep comparing MW2 and BC2? There different bloody games.

I really don't get this comparison so many people are saying its sooo different. Yeah, just play BF2.

Jesus it makes no sense to me, they have completely different backgrounds and shock horror, they're both improved versions of their past games. BC2 has down scaled a bit but its still not an arena shooter. Its nothing like MW2 and it was never going to be. The fact that they both have a dam levelling systems is IT. Litterally show me something else similar in the game styles, apart from the obvious. Arena shooter vs. theatre shooter. They were never the same and they still arn't, it depends what you like.

Personally I don't like being killed by duel wielding shotgun gilly suits over and over because I'm not level 70.

If anyone is still playing this I'm still on it regularly and Duffers joins me and is on at times aswell.

1200 kills with the Gol Sniper rifle, got my Plat for it finally. Only 7 melee kills from Knife Plat, just came out of a game where I got 7 knife kills defending an MCOM station. Found a great hidy hole and waitied for a bunch to pass me on the motion sensor then got everyone and a few more, awesome.
