As a renter who isn't lookign to get a loan or a new job anytime soon, the only change in my life that I've noticed is the gas prices going down. It's like I'm living NEXT to rome as it burns, but I'm far enough away that the flames are just pleasently warming up the night.

I actually thought it was the other way around but i just bought about 500 shares from GM with my dad, At worse we lose about 2500 but we could possibly take in about 30 grand when the market eventually corrects itself.
