Best description I've heard! You're right tho - I'd already say he's a top 5 TE and probably the best playing I can think of that nobody has heard of. Sean Payton reckons that in a couple of years everyone will look back at that draft and say he was the biggest steal of the whole thing. The big thing he's got over Keller (although not Rampage Jackson) is that he's a nasty blocker too...

My season was pretty much over this year when jcharles went down early in week two. You can't lose your first-round pick in the first couple of weeks in PPR...

See imo it's all about the other end of the draft. Sure it hurts if you're 1st rounder goes down but it's less important in PPR. PPR leagues are won and lost in rounds 5-10 and then on the waiver wire. I guarantee the person who wins the league will have less than 50% of his starting roster left and most of his highest scores won't have been top picks. Look at the scoring so far this year: Cam Newton (QB), Eric Decker (WR) and Darren Sproles (RB) are all among the top players at their positions and there's obviously going to be a lot more injuries before the end of the season. Basically what I'm saying is, it's not over til it's over and especially in our league - because 80% of the teams make the playoffs it can be a bit of a crapshoot.

Well, I feel lucky to be above .500 but I have had a few players have huge weeks that helped out. I took a gamble on AJ Green and he has been solid -- calculated gamble, no doubt, as the kid has all-world talent. I just was not sure how well the rookie QB would do at the same time and Dalton is showing signs of being a pretty solid NFL QB.

Venom, I've told you about this before!!! It is NOT your business to cancel trades in which both parties are willing and compliant! Your only job is to prevent one guy deliberately cutting his entire team because he's losing. Kazz is OBVIOUSLY not doing that. You are only prohibiting this trade because you feel it will have an adverse impact on your teams competitiveness within the league - NEWSFLASH - that's tough shit! Kazz is happy with the trade and so is rev. You cannot prevent it going thru and if you try to, I'm out. I may sound hot about this but that's because I am. You are waaaaaay over the boundry between good Commish and meddling player. Roger Goddell didn't step in when the Browns took Peyton Hillis from the Broncos for Brady Quinn and a packet of chips and you can't step in now.

Rev, go ahead and put the trade thru again and Venom, if you even think about preventing another trade in which both players have willingly accepted the terms, I'm done with any league you're Commish of - for good. We're all grown men and we all know what we're doing and it is absolutely none of your fucking business who we want to trade!

We're saying it's unfair because everyone is assuming AJ will play again this year - but that's a risk - and that's the wonderful thing about FF!! It doesn't matter what Venom, the Queen, your Mom or I think of the trade - if you two are happy then it's fine!! If someone had offered Peyton Manning for Matt Hasslebeck earlier in the year you'd have thought they were stoned (and Venom would've probably prevented it...lol...ugh) but you'd have made out like a bandit! My point is simple - it's not for anyone to sit in judgement over the 'fairness' of trades - so long as no one is clearly trying to cheat - especially not someone who is PLAYING in the league (and it should be noted is anything but impartial about most subject his interested in). This is a cataclysmic abuse of power!!

I don't like the scoring system and how defenses get +2 for sacks instead of 1 and +3 for INTs instead of just 2. Just got screwed out of a win playing against Doc with the Jets D who had a few sacks late in the game when they had already clearly won the game. BS.
