Still in 2011, if anyone hasn't seen Warrior or Girl With The Dragon Tattoo they should do so now. GWTDT is for a bit more of hardcore audience though (a lot more graphic and fucked up than Seven)

If you REALLY like movies and have no life, then you should watch Christian Marclay's "The Clock". It's a film that runs for 24 hours with time reference in the movie for every minute made up from clips from other movies.

American Reunion.
American Pie was the best 90's movie of its genre. It gave many of its stars their first roles, had hilarious jokes, and every time i see it I relive the style/technology/culture that was being a teen in the 90's...

I shall never understand humanity's fascination with living in the past.
The future is and always will be unknown, and that can represent a certain degree of uncertainty to people, as change is often radical and not always for the best. The past, especially a favoured portion of your past, is likely favoured because of pleasant memories, a simpler time when life was great and why wouldn't you wanna be able to have certain associations that delicious slice of the pie that is your life? Be it a movie, a certain place, a song.. etc..
