As promised, this is the place for you guys to put PS vids you think some of our applicants might get a kick out of. If you haven't read my post in this thread yet http://www.deltatriad.com/forum/showthread.php?t=391&page=2 check it out.

That'll give you an idea of the type of vids I'm talking about. I put 'For Soviet' in the title because he was the person I was talking to when I suggested this thread, however for anyone - applicant or not - hopefully you'll enjoy the vids and possibly pick up a trick or two from them.

It's a smallish collection of PS vids, put up by Darthwraak. Particularly useful are Fayazs 'The Little Reaver That Could' for flying (although the music might make you want to rape kittens, Mirrors 'Movie 1' and Visigodos 'Erection' - yeah, I said it... When watching those ones I've listed pay particular attention to the use of third person, the awareness they have for what's around them and the way they let their opponents come onto them.

Yo Kanya, Esp - clicky the MirrorGIRL vid and watch it from 1.58 onwards. That was what I was talking about yesterday. Both the zooming and the third person. He even uses the AB sideways on 2.14. Course it's no coincidence Ray and I used to fly together a lot but regardless, it illustrates what I was on about!

Yeah shame I had moved on from XDT when they finally got round to filming, I planned out some of the things in there like the Tower Rangers and Spawn Room pwnage thing with Skullhunter. Ah the good old simple days of being in a stealth drain and hack outfit with 10 active members, good times. Although the guy at the end lauging at Skull getting 'pwnd' is in fact me. So I still got a look in ;)

Rayes was a really good and extremely smart player. The only thing I didnt like about his playstyle was a plasma nade before every fight.

he was taking on rexo/JH users with agile/MA, not really anything wrong with using a nade to level the playing field in situations like that

Never believed in using nades, I think only one load out on my vs char has any in it - my rexo attack base load out lol. I know how pissed off I feel when I get plasma'd - I prefer to fight full health vs full health.

Maybe thats where Ive been going wrong all these years!!!

That said, on my new tr char Ive a few plasma in my agile loadout - I need all the help I can get!

Old Thread is old but...

This is the video I've been working on for the past few weeks. It's something of a representation of the way I play of the things I really enjoy when I play.
It's not an ownage vid, don't expect mowing through a room full of softies by myself. Don't expect many Air to Ground kills or any a2a kills.

The editing is done with WMM so it's not fantastic (47 seconds into the vid looks stupid, I know. But I really couldnt do much else with it besides have a 5 second scene of complete nothing. and I'll be getting Sony Vegas so it doesn't look like complete crap next time.

I would recommend that you download it for quality issues, the stream is crap here.
