Was ok. Nothing to sing about honestly - the story was kinda shaky at best and got kinda silly at places. I did like sorta like the cyclops part as it shows how the youngs mutants became students of Xaviar. And some of the fights were cool. I'd give it 2/5 Darth points.. it could have been a whole lot better

They need to go back and re-make the actual movies.

As for Wolverine I thought his background story was pretty cool and the fight with Agent Zero was probably the best.

As for Deadpool there should have been much more shown about what happened to him.

I really dislike it when they change the original stories. 3/5 but only because I saw Hugh Jackman's ass.

Ya id agree, 3/5, story had a million plot holes that I still don't quite get such as

1). Why did sabretooth fight for striker in the first place? Did he get promised by striker that he'd get the adamantium if he helped convince wolverine to get the adamantium???

2). What exactly made ryan reynolds' character and his slow-down-time-power the ideal host for 'project XI'??

3). Why didn't they just KILL the fucking little kids such as cyclops since they had already taken their powers?

4). how, exactly, did they take the kids' powers? (esp. without killing them!!!!)

5). And did charlie from lost (the electricity guy) provide the 'first piece of the puzzle' because his ability is the one that allows striker to computerize ryan reynolds??

I wish they'd re-do X-Men 3, the last stand. I really enjoyed X-2 and i think this movie fit pretty well with that one, with all the continuity of striker and how he's a huge asshole. If they could re-do X-Men 3 that would be sick, maybe throw an older gambit in there, and he could explain to wolverine what went down in his past. Obviously they'd have to have a whole new plot because that whole thing about Jean Grey sucked balls.

On the positive side, although throughout the whole movie i said to myself 'this is ridiculous' i also said 'this is intense.' I mean there's no denying that the movie was fuckin intense. The fight scenes were all great, IMO, and will.i.am? thats sick.

Lastly, did you guys feel bad for deadpool like i did!?!???!?! i mean the guy always has great lines in any movie... and they sewed his mouth shut. It def. helped his spookiness, but i would have preferred it if he had some more lines

Was that not a bit of comedy?

Small spoiler so highlight if you want to read.

Earlier on there was a line that I cant remember completely but was like "Wade, If you didnt talk so much you would be the perfect soldier".

Then at the end his mouth has been closed permanently.

I can't tell what the exact problem is, but the portrayal of Cyclops as a sissy bitch across all four movies detracts from the film's awesomeness.

They should have cut down on the Scott Summers young crap and thrown in bits about Deadpool instead. Ryan Reynolds' sword scene in the beginning is fucking awesome, but they don't come back to him until the end. What a waste.

i did.

i'd give the movie 4/5, good storyline if you ask me, the reason they left some parts open is because they've already approved a sequel thats supposed to be about the original students of Professor Xavier.

I go to the movies to be entertained, and this movie entertained me so therefore I liked it - for the most part. Pretty good special effects and decent story, but I thought it coulda been a little darker. The Dark Knight is still my favorite of the super hero movies that have come out over the last few years.

my philosophy is that any movie can be entertaining depending on how fucked up you are. Although I was pretty baked, this movie was definitely entertaining. Plot holes detract from the entertainment but only to a certain extent... the sweet ass fight scenes made up for anything wrong w the movie, pretty much

Well, as a kid I despised Wolverine because I was convinced that he was in some way affiliated with Michigan footbal, I didn't know wolverines were real animals for the longest time. Gambit was always my favorite, he was pretty bad ass in the movie too...except when he broke up the fight between Wolverine and Sabretooth.

There's a few different endings. The one I saw was striker (sp?) walking and then later in the credits wolverine sitting at a bar drinking "to remember". Which was extremely gay considering I sat through like 12 minutes of credits anticipating a nice tie in to another movie.
