If Bethesda screw this one up I'll be pissed because so far it looks immense. Been replaying STALKER recently, got me right in the mood for Clear Sky and Fallout 3.

Don't hate on Oblivion, that game is the awesomest winmobile. Fallout 3 is gonna be that, only with guns and a called-shot system, yes yes yes.

The central storyline is incredibly brief. I was shocked. Still a great game, but there wasn't any sort of boss fight or anything. I had all these bottlecap mines and nuka grenades that I never ended up using because I expected some sort of huge battle that never happened.

theres supposed to be over 300 hours of game play involved with this....i havent got around to playing it yet. i want to beat mass effect before i delve into this

I must say that the game is eerily (sp?) creepy. The simle fact that the game ( at least so far for me, almost level 6) has been so devoid of life, you almost expect shit to jump out at you.

Yeah, I was maybe 40 hours into it when I accidentally finished the game. I thought the game was terrifically atmospheric, if a little lacking in baddies to fight... variety-wise. Still, I totally plan on playing it through again, after giving the community some time to write up some cool mods for it.

ya i would agree. I know its post apocaliptic and all, but it HAS been 200 years, think there would be a BIT more things to shoot at :P
