i bought their album a week ago and just now got on their website. i'm finding videos of them playing in Cincinnati, same place i went to see ac/dc, only it was may of 2008.

check them out if you like good old rock n roll.

if you don't like rock, gtfo.

Impossible, a modern rock band whose songs dont revolve around being made fun of in high school

Lots of bands that have/are bringing back that 70's sound. Pretty cool stuff Venom. They are good.

these guys are the successors to ac/dc that i've been waiting for, for ~10 years. whenever ac/dc finally hangs it up, at least i'll still have airbourne (god i hope so, i don't know if i can stand not having ANY ACTIVE BANDS to follow)

i now have an airbourne tshirt :)

exactly like that one

btw angelic wolfmother has already broken up, i was following them when guitar hero (2)? came out with one of their songs on it called Woman.

In August 2008, co-founding members Ross and Heskett left the band due to "irreconcilable personal and musical differences," though Stockdale stated that he would continue using the Wolfmother moniker with new members in the future. After a brief hiatus, Stockdale returned with new musicians guitarist Aidan Nemeth, bassist and keyboardist Ian Peres and drummer Dave Atkins. The new lineup's first album, Cosmic Egg is set for a September 2009 release.

the only rock band to have REALLY successfully (as in got even better and more popular) pulled off bringing in new members is, you guessed it, AC/DC.

that sound pretty much stopped at zeppelin. its not that nobody else could do that style of music, its that nobody has really tried as far as i know.
